Plan to Command Your Life

As we come to the end of the year and for some, the 4th quarter, one must begin to look very hard at what 2025 may bring and just how to command it.  Fall is in full swing and to play on words, “Let’s fall into our networking strategy with more intentionality”.  It is a time to start to look at the strategies you used this year and start to build upon them.   Here are some of my affirmations that I am declaring and placing my efforts around going forward:

• I will look for more opportunities to network in an organic way.  I will sit next to someone I do not know.

• I will strike up a conversation with such simple words as “Hi” and then follow “how are you doing?”

• I will plan to go to an event by myself and I plan to meet at least 3-5 people.

•  I will be excited about meeting the new people that will work with me to further my mission and vision.  I know if I just go, I will find them, or they will find me.

  
  

• I will refresh and restart the things in my life that may be trying to become dormant in this fall season by looking at opportunities that I did not follow up on and make the effort to reach out and revive them. 

• I will start the fire or blow on the flames that are needed to move me strategically.

• I will constantly say that I am enough, and the network I need is looking for me.  I will be in the right place at the right time.

• I will make a conscious effort to have a flexible, reflective networking plan for now and next year.

• I will push through no matter what and keep the faith.

• I will continually say to myself that “my network is my net worth” and then move accordingly.
